Day camp operates one week out of the Summer and serves 50 neighborhood children. Volunteer Teachers and leaders guide groups through bible study,
crafts singing, drama, games, an afternoon at the pool, laughter, tears and more. A program put on for parents and guardians on the last afternoon, with ice
cream and the works, is a great final touch.
Day Camp is coordinated by two neighborhood churches (Laurel Street Mennonite Church, and Alpha and Omega Church of the Brethren) and is supported
financially by several congregations.
